Your Excellency,

My name is Mariacarmela Ribecco and I am an Italian activist involved in the field of human rights. I would like to take this opportunity to draw attention to the case of the Christian woman and Pakistani Asia Bibi. Mrs. Bibi, on October 31 and after years of imprisonment on death row, was finally acquitted of blasphemy charges. An accusation that in recent years has forced this innocent woman to live in an isolated cell and with the risk of being condemned and killed because she is Christian. For years his freedom was asked and finally our prayers were answered. At this time, in Pakistan, Mrs. Bibi still risks being killed, even after release.

I request political asylum for Mrs. Bibi and her family.

I want your government to pressure the Pakistani government so that Mrs. Bibi can be saved.
